We work with organisations from mid-sized companies to global groups. Our delivery centre in India, together with our presence in the USA and UAE, gives clients a skilled and stable team without the cost and churn of onsite consulting.

We are a procurement consulting and managed-operations firm. We help organisations reduce cost and improve procurement performance through sourcing, analytics and intelligence, and we run high-volume procurement operations on their behalf.
Consulting analyses, benchmarks and recommends: spend analysis, sourcing projects and dashboards. Managed operations executes agreed work for you, such as RFQ handling, PO follow-up and supplier onboarding, under defined SLAs. Many clients use both.
Typically the high-volume transactional and administrative work: RFQ and RFP handling, PO acknowledgement and follow-up, supplier registration, contract follow-up, master data and reporting. Decisions, approvals and supplier relationships stay with your team.
We work inside your systems wherever possible, limit access to people directly involved on a need-to-know basis, bind every team member with confidentiality agreements, keep project files in restricted locations, and assign all IP to you.
Each activity has an agreed target turnaround, tracked monthly and reported on a dashboard. Delays caused outside our control, such as unresponsive suppliers, are logged with exception codes so reporting stays fair and transparent.
On strategic sourcing projects our average savings have been 8–12%. Results vary by category, and we track realised savings against projections through savings compliance tracking. For managed operations, clients typically see 40–60% lower cost than an equivalent in-house or onsite team, alongside faster turnaround.
Mobilisation, recruitment and knowledge transfer usually take a few months and are phased by process, with a shadowing period before each process goes live.
Our delivery centre is in India, with offices in the USA and UAE.

They also invest significant time and effort in negotiating contracts for necessary goods and services, only to have a third or more of their purchasing dollars flow outside those deals. Some of the obvious fall-outs of non-compliance and maverick purchases are:
As compared to the current contract that was finalized after the sourcing process, the tool helps in tracking:
The objective of this tool is to ensure that the orders are placed only with the vendors that were shortlisted after the sourcing process and at the same price that was agreed upon and negotiated during and after the strategic sourcing process.
